Bilateral meeting during the first day of ASEM-Sofia conference.
Bulgarian DPM and minister of labour and social policy Ivailo Kalfin met with ministers of labour of India and Viet Nam and DM of labour of Japan and China, during the first day of the Asian-Europe (ASEM-LEMC) conference in Sofia.
Core themes of all bilateral meetings were labour market and social protection. All participants shared their concrete challenges that are facing and all good solutions they are already implementing, related to youth employment, active inclusion of elderly people to the labour market along with special care of vulnerable people.
During the conversations common topics and issues were found and common solutions were discussed. Concrete further steps were planed out so that mutual cooperation to be deepened among Bulgaria and India, Bulgaria and Viet Nam, Bulgaria and China and Bulgaria and Japan.
